Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Sterling Attire Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; changes will apply to all subsequent orders.

2. Contract Formation A contract between Sterling Attire Ltd and the customer is only formed once an order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

    • Payment is due at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateways.

    • In the event of a pricing error on the website, we are not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect price and will offer a full refund.

4. Delivery We aim to fulfill orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Sterling Attire Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

    • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to change their mind and return the goods.

    • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Limitation of Liability Sterling Attire Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or damage to goods caused by improper use. Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the products ordered.

7. Governing Law These terms and all contractual relations are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
